Create event problems: no calendar, cannot add days

Hello, we're having problems with the create event page.

1) the calendar doesn't pop up

2) the button to add another day to the event (labeled "Aggiungi un giorno") does not add additional fields for the day(s).

Additionally we have a problem with the map not showing, but this is a more general site-wide problem with maps that we'll address another time.
