Create a second dropdown menu

Hello,

I've been looking for it for several days now, but i must confess: i can't find it. Please take a look at my site www.klixshop.nl/wordpress . You will see in the top bar on the left categorieën. Right beside it you see provincies. Now categorieën is a "scrolldown" menu. I want to create a similar menu under provincies. I thought i had to do that by creating extra categories and then somehow link them to provincies. But i just can't find out how. Is there a good and clear manual or movie how to do this? I'm getting a bit frustrated that i can't find out myself
