    Created child theme and now site lost its color

    Hi, I just created a child theme and then when I activated it the site is no longer green. The panel where the search bar is is clear, no color at all and the text appears to be the same color of the purple theme. How do I make it green again? The site is greenbuildingcanada.ca. thanks
