Custom form menu item not in admin

There is a good chance I may be going mad, but I just downloaded the latest dev build for Vantage and still can't see the menu item for custom forms. Have cleared cache, logged in and out, tried another browser. Latest Change log date is: Changelog for 1.2 - 2013-05-20
Any hints as how to go about getting it to show? Or is there a direct URL I can try to get to it?

**Update: All good, I am going mad. Its down further on the menu (different to Youtube video tutorial I watched)
