My directory doesn't recognise a placename (Keighley)

Hi,

One of my customers has complained to me because when he searches my directory for businesses in Keighley, it doesn't find him, even though he has included Keighley in his address. All other parts of his address can be found. Any ideas why this isn't working?

My site is www.findaproofreader.com. If you leave the 'Search for' box blank and type Keighley in the 'Near' window, you'll see what I mean.
