Error EMPTY during listing posting

During the checkout process, after choosing a plan, the user takes a lot of time to fulfill all the information required to submit his listing and, at the end of the process receives an error "EMPTY". I think that the issue can be related to time wasted to fulfill all the fields required and some "limitation of vantage (like server session - I don't know)" between the choosing a plan and submitting the form.
