Featured listings don't show up in other than "Default" listing

Hi,

I think there is a bug with featured listings. When I mark a listing as featured it only appears on top of other listings if and if only the listings are sorted as "Default". The moment to change it to anything else like "Highest Rating or Most Rating" featured listings are gone from the top. They still appear as featured but somewhere in the listing.

I think featured listings should always be at the top regardless of what sorting selection is. Please correct me if I am wrong.

How can this be fixed by the way?
