Found error when creat new listing

I found some error on my site when I try to create a new listing.

And before this error, I try to create custom form and found some error and then I search in this forum and found someone talking about howto fix that problem, remove theme and new install vantage theme, and it's work.

Sumary :

• Install a new site and activate vantage theme ( no problem).
• Create custom form and found error ( Fixed via remove, upload theme and activate again).
• Try to create new listing and found this error.
• [last update] I create new listing category without custom form and no any error.
