How Do I Add "Help" or Instructions within Pages?

I am wondering where I can type in helpful instructions along the way for users of my website.

For example, if a business owner clicks on "Create Listing", the first blank says "Title" above the form. Well what does title mean? Seems straightforward to Wordpress users who are used to dealing with the title of a post, but a line of text that says something like "Type in the name of your business that will become the title of your listing" would be very helpful I think to users/customers who need help and assurance.

Possibly as a "tooltip" — a ? as a link button to the right of "Title" that you could click on or move your cursor over and it would popup would be a graceful way to list this.

Where can I add information like this into the Vantage theme?
