How to Change Listing Permalink Based On Old User Nickname

QUESTION: How do I change the permalink for the listings of a particular user to reflect an updated user nickname?

MORE INFO: When I set up vantage for the first time on a brand new website, my Host (ZippyKid) had already set up an account for me and game my user account in Wordpress the nickname of "zippykidcustomer." I must have created the first couple (or all — I can't recall) of my few listings using this account before I realized this and changed my user nickname to "Scan Your Entire Life" based on my website name.

Everything seems fine — almost. When I go to listings, it shows "Added by: Scan Your Entire Life" under all of the listings that I made to show these are my created listings. Great. When I click on this "added by" user link, it takes me to a page with all of my listings on it. All stills seems fine EXCEPT the url at the top of this page is still made from my old username nickname:

I can't seem to find any way to update this url/permalink to avoid any confusion with others viewing my site.
