How to change the no-thumb-sm?

Hello there, there is a no-thumb-sm.jpg icon if there is no pics in a single listing by default on the left of the Listing page. Now I want to change that default to be mine, like my logo to display over there. I tried to find it in the stylesheet to replace it with my own, but only images/thumb.png is there. How can I do that? Thanks!
