How To Set Up Free Pricing Offer

So, I have set up the basic template of Vantage at www.alcoholfreesociallife.com/treatment

I want to do two things:

1. For different types of provider of alcohol treatment services, charge different amounts to advertise in the directory.

2. Every advertiser to have a free period - probably 12 months which would then revert to paid amount based on the type or category or organization they are.

How do I set this up?

Also, the Vantage support pages for pricing are not working:

They revert back to a different page rather than the pricing page. Please could you correct this so I can see that content.
