Import keeps failing (Imported 0)

Hi, I am trying to import a csv file into vantage and it keeps importing 0 records.

I have no custom fields or anything.
I have attached the file I am having trouble with.

I have been stuck with this *** file for 3 hours now. Please let me know what is wrong with it. I am editing it on a mac and saving it from excel as csv, then loading it into text edit and then saving that as UTF-8 csv and still nothing.

The theme imports your file with no problems.

Any help would be appreciated since I am just about to go nutts here. Thanks
