List element format problem

Hi,

when working with the editor to setup listings I having following problem:

in Editor it looks like shown here:
li-element01.jpg

but due the style.css it results into:
li-element02.jpg

I tried to modify the style.css but than the menu points which also use element li also show the list icon aso.

any idea how to solve this problem - people should get the results they are getting during setting in editor -- not something different.
