Listing Contact Fields & Social Media Icons - Missing & Formatting

I'm troubleshooting listing page layout issue with a couple of missing 'Contact Fields' and 'Social Media Icons' formatting. Before I dig any deeper, any ideas what might be causing this? I've checked the form fields everything looks good. Hmm...interesting!

Listing Contact Fields:

phone: looks normal
web address: looks normal
email address: missing
Google+: missing
Facebook: icon formatting issue
Twitter: icon formatting issue

This issue does not appear to be affecting the Events pages. Here's how normal contact formatting should look.
