Looking to hire someone

Looking to hire someone to do the following for my vantage theme. I'm using 1.1.3 release build (not the developer build)

1) Custom forms working (think the developer build might fix that anyway)
2) Be able to use a Date/time picker in the custom form.
3) I then need a tiny bit of PHP coding, which displays the result of that date/time minus the current date/time, so I end up with "5 days, 43 mins left" kind of thing. I need this to be displayed in the actual listings.
4) I need to be able to search using the above result, so I can have something like a "Ending soonest" option.
5) I also need to be able to search by another yes/no value.
6) I also need to be able to search by another value (numerical money value)
7) So in total I can have a search like, Item = chickens, location = USA, Ending soonest? yes/no, Lowest amount? yes/no, Highest amount? yes/no, other option? yes/no.....search!
8) This type of search needs to be doable on the front/home page (as well as in the categories)
9) Widget which displays top 10 (or whatever number I want) of the most ending soonest.
10) Widget which displays top 10 of highest or lowest in money terms.

I'm open to ideas as to how to get the above working, as in what's the quickest/easiest/cheapest way. I've looked and there doesn't seem to be any mods/plugins to achieve what I want hence why I'm here looking to hire someone.
