Menu Limit Reached and Menu Text Slightly Unaligned

Hi, I am wondering if anyone else is having the same problem as me.

1) I am unable to add any more than a total of 81 items to my menu, when I add any more and click on save/update menu the items at the bottom disappear, and

2) I have noticed that the menu text seems to be gradually moving toward the bottom of each text box when menu item has a number of sub categories/items. I have attached a file.

this is my first post, I have only just started using the theme and think its great for my requirements, I hope this is a simple fix.

Hope someone can help as I really do need to add more items to the menu in order for this project to fully work. Thanks for your time.
