Missing Submit button Pricing plans page

I am missing the submit button on the pricing plans page.

I deactivated all of my plugins, updated to Vantage theme 1.3.3, cleared the cache but still no submit button.

This is very important since users can not purchase anything at the moment!

I will also add that I have tried on Chrome and Firefox. Doesn't work in either. I also viewed the source on that page and there is no submit button for selecting a pricing plan form.

HELP!
