    Question More sponsored ads than sponsored links

    I have limited the number of sponsored links per page to 3.

    However, there is no limit in the number of sponsored ads per category.

    So, if someone PAYS to have a sponsored ad, it will not always be shown. So, I suppose, they will complain because they are paying for something that is not always happening.

    Is it possible to limit the number of sponsored ads per category to be the same than the number of sponsored links?
