    New pages are not shown in top bar

    Dear AppThemes team,
    really love the ease and look of your application. I only have not figured out how new pages can be shown in the top bar. For instance, even the sample page is not visible. I have checked all settings but couldīt figure out where the number of pages shown in the top can be modified. Please see this example of my new page that exists, but which is not shown in the top bar http://www.strongquickly.com/sample-page/
