Not receiving registration or purchase emails

I am not receiving any emails when a new user registers on my site or when they sign up for a plan. I was receiving them regularly and when I changed the address I wanted the email to be sent to, it stopped working. I changed the email back to the original address but it no longer works with any email address I try. Please help.
