Number of listings in category changed by Custom Form

Hey Y'all,

I just made a custom form for additional information that someone can add to their listing and when I associated the form to each listing category it added the number 1 after each category. You can see what I mean at http://www.boulder-health-guide.com/ Hover over the category tab and you can see that there is a 1 listed after every category. If you click on the category you can see that there is no listings there. How can I keep the custom form but make it not add a ghost listing to each category?
