My Page Templates options for creating new pages are gone after update 1.3.1

Hi

I updated from 1.2.1 to 1.3.1 now when creating a new page the theme default page template options are gone i only get the option of default template under page template drop down.

Would very much appreciate any help. thanks in advance.
