Pagination only working when logged in
Clicking on page 2 or Next only refreshes page. I have tried deactivating plugins.

I already checked this:
'Within Wordpress --> Settings --> Reading where it says "Front page displays" set this to "A static page", then for "Front Page" select "Listings" from the dropdown menu, and for "Posts Page" select "Blog"... '
