Search on Vantage Theme Listings isn't working properly

I've got a client who has Vantage theme as a parent, and has created a child theme from it.

Searching the Listings section doesn't work properly. You can see it in action at http://directory.wyhomesearch.com.

1) Notice that the second one down - County Title Inc - is in Riverton, WY. But, when you try to do a search for anything in Riverton (leave the "Search From" blank), it tells you that there's nothing there. (You can see this directly at https://directory.wyhomesearch.com/?...ation=Riverton.)

2) If you do the same as above, but do a search by zip code instead (82501 in this case), it works fine. Check out https://directory.wyhomesearch.com/?ls=&location=82501, it brings up some things in that zip code and nearby.

3) Thinking that maybe the "Near" field is searching street addresses as well, I did a search for "Broadway." I got a result that doesn't have the word "Broadway" anywhere in it. Check out https://directory.wyhomesearch.com/?...ation=broadway.
