Site logo does not resize on smaller screens

Hello. I have a 1140px width logo on my site but it does not automatically resize in small screens (ie mobiles, tablets). Can you please provide me with a solution to this?
Also in mobile screens the listing thumbnails disappear and I was not able to find the css code that hides the images.

    The site is: http://ents24.gr/odm.gr/
