site not scaling correctly on mobile devices

Hello,

My site is falling apart on mobile devices. I'm stumped as to what is causing this as I was under the impression that Vantage was fully mobile compatible. I have done some minor customizations but nothing that I can see would cause such a drastic failure in the mobile arena. I thought maybe the jquery slider I added was the source of the trouble but removing it made no difference. Can anyone offer any advice on what might be causing this and how it can be fixed?
