So - are old expiries just going to require manual handling forever?
We began a site ~two months ago, with many memberships being paid monthly. The latest vantage theme included a fix so expiring listings would receive email notification to renew their listing.
The only problem? It doesn't seem to apply to listings that were created BEFORE the latest update. We have nearly 200 listings, quite a few already expired, and no matter what we do, the listing owners are not getting notified to renew.
IF we go through and manually alert each member to their expired listings, is there any point? Are we going to have to do the same thing next month too? Is there an easy work around so pre-update listings send expiry emails too?
We really don't want to have to go back through nearly 200 listings and re-create them from scratch.
