Unable to install Vantage for a sub directory installation: domain.com/sub/

I tried to get Vantage running in a sub directory, like so http://www.domain.com/dir/
Installation went fine, but when I logged out I'm redirected to a 404, and I can't login anymore.

I'm unable to login on pages like this:

1: http://industrialgenerators.com/dir/login/
2: http://industrialgenerators.com/dir/wp-admin
3: http://industrialgenerators.com/dir/wp-login.php

Is Vantage just not compatible for a sub directory installation?
