URGENT! Some Member/User Levels cannot create listings
What setting, or function, controls the User levels that are allowed to create listings, and how do I change it?
I'm using Vantage v 1.2.1 and am having a problem with certain levels of Users not being able to create listings.
We have S2 Member installed, to administer our membership program. Members are referred to as "Free Subscriber"; "Student/Retired Membership"; "Intern Membership"; and "Standard Membership."
We also have employees and board members with the normal Wordpress member types including "Contributor" and "Administrator."
However, Vantage only lets Administrators and Contributors create listings. Anyone who is a paying member, and therefore labeled as "Student/Retired Membership"; "Intern Membership"; and "Standard Membership" are not able to create listings -- which is supposed to be a major part of their membership benefits package.
When they go to the Create Listings page, select a plan, then click "Next," the Create Listings page loads again. No matter how many times the "Next" button is clicked, and no matter which plan is selected, it always re-loads the Create Listings page.
When I test this as a "Standard Membership" user, I have this problem. When I test it as an "Administrator" or "Contributor," I am able to create a listing without issue.
So what setting, or function, controls the User levels that are allowed to create listings, and how do I change it?
