v1.1.3 files modified

Hi,

I am using a child-theme with v1.1.2 which is working well. I would like to ftp up and overwrite the prior version files with the newly modified (v1.1.3) files listed here.

By the way, is framework the whole directory or just a file?

Question:

Should I overwrite all of the same exact files with the newer modified versions in v1.1.3? How will this impact my existing child-theme based on v1.1.2?
