Vantage 1.2 with Appthemes Coupons

It's either not working or I'm missing something...

I have Vantage 1.2 and Appthemes Coupons 1.0.2

I have two payment plans and one coupon.

I get to the Order Summary page and am presented with the "Please select a method..."

But no place to enter the coupon code.

Where should the coupon code text box show up? I've looked on the demo site but there does not appear to be any coupons there either.
