Vantage Listing Map Problem

Hi guys

I run Vantage theme only.

I have over 11,000 listings at present.

When I view the listing details and enter an address in "Get directions from" and then click on "Get Directions" nothing happens - this applies to all listings.

Also the 'zoom' on the map wont work.

1. I disabled temporarily all plugins - nothing changes
2. I have the latest WP 4.5.2 and Vantage theme version
3. I cleared my cache
4. I am not using a cache plugin
5. My permalinks show 'postname'
6. I use Google Chrome.
7. I tried another browser - no difference

Help !!!
