    Who can rate/review on a WP Multisite network with multiple Vantage directories?

    If I install multiple Vantage directories on a WP Multisite network, say wholesaler and retailer:

    Will a retailer that pays and joins (mydirectory.com/retailers OR retailers.mydirectory.com) be able to rate wholesalers on (mydirectory.com/wholesalers OR wholesalers.mydirectory.com) and vice versa? AND at the same time neither will be able to create listings in the other's directory?
