expiration dates not updating

I updated to Vantage version 4.2.8 in April. Since then several of my paid listings have been renewed but the expiration date doesn't change and the featured option doesn't update. When I go in to edit them, I'm not able to edit the listing expiration date. If I try to use the calendar, or just type the date in, it defaults to "never" and goes blank when I update. The fields for start date and duration are disabled, I can't edit them. I am able to edit the feature sections. I just updated to the most current version of Vantage 4.2.12 via the auto update in theme section but still having the problem. See image.
