Flaw in category selection.........

When you do a search using the categories button. If you want to search for something in England, because it only has a drop down of three, to go deeper in the drop down you select England then navigate to the sub cat on the left. Once you select the sub cat you want you click on the update button.

However it keeps the main cat England checked. So when you hit refine it comes up with all the results in England and does not narrow the results to the sub cat selected only.

I can see there being problems with this too as it negates the sub cat selection. When you click on England the main cat England should not be auto checked only the selected sub cat.
