Geocoder, Google Maps not working

Here is my system info:
Name: Vantage
Version: 4.2.2
Home URL: http://thegeekfinder.com
WP Version: 5.0.3
PHP Version: 5.4.45
MySQL Version: 5.5.5

Here is my API is configured:
Geocoder - https://www.screencast.com/t/HcsQOHjgmH8S
Google Maps - https://www.screencast.com/t/zAS1MZjEO

I also tried added restriction: Geocode, Geolocation, Maps JS, Places, etc - still nothing is working.

I have exhausted every instructions and documentations in AppThemes and outisde AppThemes.

I recently updated my theme from Vantage 3.0.8 to 4.2.2, and after that couple of issues came up; Google maps and Review star rating is gone.

Can you please help? I'm so frustrated with this Google map issue. I've been battling this for 3 days now.
