Numerous issues with renewals being deactivated and customers charged multiple times.
We have had an issue with all recent renewals. Customers will be charged 2 days in a row, or be charged and then their listing expires the next day. The payment settings work fine but there is a problem with the plans, but none of those have changed in years. We have a simple annual plan, i.e. customer pays $30 per year.
We are using the appthemes updater and no plugins or themes require updates. We are running Vantage 4.1.3 as the parent theme.
For example, one listing is being charged multiple times and her profile is disappearing. I updated and published it again and it says it will expire in 60 days.
We need assistance figuring out why the site isn't allowing listings to stay published? People get understandably upset when they look for their listing and it's gone!
For several listings, who had paid but whose listings were listed as expired, they would only allow me to publish them if the duration was for 730 days!
The problem with renewing the listing is so confusing. I am keeping a list of the people I had to adjust their listing to 730 days instead of 365. Hopefully we can figure out a way to fix that!
