Order by Relevance doesn't work

Hello,
I bought your Vantage theme 3 months ago and I noticed some problems with it.
1) In Listing Refine Search when check some category and then click “Update” button keeping order by “Relevance” there will show you listings ordered by the newest. So Relevance order does not work in this case.
2) While setting more than 10 listings per page in “Vantage/Settings” there is a problem with proper displaying listings on the results page.

I would be grateful for fix it as soon as possible.
