As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Review badge not working
HI there

I have just bought and uploaded the review badge for my vantage theme but I can't seem to get it to work. I have added the widget to the sidebar but it doesn't show on the page I set it too and then the badges page shows this:

Increase your business audience by using our dynamic rating badges!
The listing ID passed (-1) was not valid.

Can you please tell me how to get this working on my site. I also downloaded the logic theme too and have a few problems with certain widgets not showing also, so not sure if its the plugin, a conflict or something else? I'm a bit of a novice so any advice would be welcome
