As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Hello Roi,

I found the front end of the ribbon is not displayed.

ClassiPress 3.5.1
WP Version 4.3.1
ClassiPress Ribbons 1.3.2
Advanced Custom Fields for ClassiPress 2.3.12

It needs to meet the following conditions:

If the first activation ClassiPress Ribbons and then activate the ACFC, there is no problem.

If the first activation ACFC then activate ClassiPress Ribbons, then there is a problem.

The front end of the ribbon is not displayed
