Help with plugin.

Thank you for choosing Shortys

We'll use this thread to post howto information about the plugin so here it goes.

First the steps to create a page with a shortcode

1.go to your ClassiPress>Shortys::Builder and select the fields you want to include, as you select them the shortcode will be build at the bottom.
2.when you finished copy the shortcode
3.create a new page and give a title
4.paste the shortcode in the description box
5.select the ClassiPress Shortcode template from the 'templates' box
6.save

At this point you have a page with a shortcode you can test by clicking the 'view page' button.The page is not included yet in your menu, to add it:

1.go to wp>appearance>menus
2.create your menu or if you have one already
3.add the new page and order it.
4.save/update your menu.

Depending on the menu you have you will see the page in the main menu or alternatively you can add it in a custom menu and a sidebar.

Here is how:

1.you already have a menu named 'shortys'
2.go to wp>appearance>widgets
3.select the 'custom menu' and add it in one of your sidebars
4.in the sidebar click the select box and select your custom menu 'shortys'
