Sidebar Widget Templating

Hi,

I am seeking to show keywords (tags) in a sidebar widget with the shortcode below. I have not been able to successfully create the required template to display sidebar widget keywords. Can you please assist me with the creation of a template that would allow displaying of keywords (tags) with my newly created page named Chicago?
