Blocked for asking assistance? - seriously ?

    Appthemes,

I'm truly shocked - I sent an e-mail with a very simple question regarding my HireBee purchase. I didn't hear anything so I posted in the general forums for an AppThemes representative to get in touch with me.

I was told that my e-mail was seen and someone will get back to me. Fair enough, I'm aware e-mail support is not live chat so I waited.... and still waiting.

What's frustrating though is that I have been locked out from the Pre-Sale questions and now means of:

    1) me replying back to check on the situation (nice move)

    2) creating any new posts for themes i'm interested in purchasing... very wise of you I must say.

I'm a loyal customer who bought more than one theme and plugins from you, always had good support but suddenly the level seems to be going down in a very frustrating way.

Can you please help or shall i find new means of communicating with you?

    Thanks,

    a frustrated loyal customer
