I've quite drastically changed my Hirebee. Feedback would be appreciated.

Looks good! Never used the HireBee theme so I can't comment really on the exact changes / work you've done, however I can give you some style pointers

I would enclose your content in a max-width container of sat 1310px or about there.
I have a 2560x1440 monitor and the site doesn't look that great in full screen due to it wanting to use the whole width.

I've attached some screen shots below to show what I mean and a couple of suggestions

When you go to : http://www.freelancespecialisten.nl/opdrachten/
you can see that this page content has a width that is not full screen, your front page should match this.

How did you get the job postings to work and for the hourly rate on the freelancers page? There is no way to enter a freelance rate on my site and also no matter filling everything out for job posts it says "incomplete draft". We want this site to work but have some glitches. www.gigs4bids.com

looks great. I think you should make this theme a variation of hirebee. that would be good.
