Launched a jobsite for a client last week. Feedback?

I work in a Media Publishing company in London and I developed a job site for their client on JobRoller 1.6.5

    Here's the URL: http://catholicjobs.co.uk

Currently they aren't accepting job submissions so I've taken off the /submit link form the site.

Jobs are currently inputted manually but will be taken from the clients later on.

I will upgrade the JobRoller version to 1.7 very soon so that I can remove my custom taxonomies code from the child theme and use the core code of JR.

Any feedback, suggestions or questions are welcome.

    Cheers

P.S. We'll later integrate JobRoller with Jobg8 to take in job submissions via feed.
