It's definitely very basic at the moment in terms of customizations, and yes, most of the jobs are pulled from other sources at this point, but they are real jobs with legitimate contacts to "apply to". I've been pulling jobs every few days in order to attract applicants.
So far, I've had some mild success advertising job postings on Craigslist to get user traffic.
There are a few local job boards in Pensacola, but they are just ghetto html sites ( example -
http://www.pensacolajobs.com ), so I feel my site can definitely compete in the area.
My goal is to attract small businesses that would like to use a slick interface, but usually post on Craigslist because its free. My site is free like craigslist, but with less risk of spam and a better user experience.
Thanks for the feedback.
