i have been changing and changing but still the users run away :') iam tired of it now.

You have a lot of ads in the home page which requires a lot of scrolling. Perhaps you can lessen it a bit to make it more user friendly.

With though competition specially from long established sites, maintaining a classifieds site is not always a walk in the park and so extra-ordinary things need to be done just to be competitive and sustainable in the long run. You can do the standard online marketing through social networks and others. You can also do the traditional marketing methods such as distributing flyers or running an advertisement on your local daily. Offer some online contests just to make your site more attractive and many more.

This is default, i didnt change that, which version are you using?

contrast between green bar and black "Ad Categories" title looks weird, it's really hard to read that way
