On the top menu bar, My Ad's should be "My Ads"..Unless this one is done on purpose, your yellow advertisement in the sidebar has comming when it should be spelled coming. Would be a good idea to go back through your whole site and proofread for typo errors...

Your not going to be able fix all WC3 errors, even Google's sites have WC3 errors in them. Just fix as many as you can for now.

Not necessarily, first you need to look at what the errors pertain to...Are they coding errors? I can only tell so much from your screenshot..

Sometimes one real error has a domino effect, resulting in the W3C validator detecting multiple errors. For example, if you are missing a <tr> tag, the validator might give an error saying "<td> doesn't belong here" and a second error saying "unexpected closing </tr> tag." 221 errors might not require 221 fixes.

Eliminating the errors requires that someone modify the behavior of whatever is generating the HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code of the page being validated. Since your site is WordPress-based, I think the "generating" code is PHP code.

Some of the errors might be a result of some WordPress plug-ins being enabled--plug-ins that produce invalid code! If that is the case, then you can reduce the number of errors by disabling those plug-ins.

Thanks for jumping in almightyeric. You summed it up well. I was going to address this more, but I guess there's no need.
