Looks great, I like a few features you have an I am pretty keen to use some.

I registered on your site to check the way it works but I can't add a listing due to an error.

Can you explain how you did the advanced search? Also the flags please?

Getting a 500 error trying to view it. I'm back developing a site using Vantage and keen to get your flag feature working, but can't remember it exactly.
